A visible link back on a credits page, the footer, or anywhere else on your site is required if you use any of Kinku's content. Do not remove credits and do not claim my work as your own.

You may use Kinku resources in your personal projects, websites, graphics, edits, and other creative works, provided proper credit is given and these Terms are followed. Resources are for personal/non-commercial use only.

Do not hotlink files directly from Kinku. You may download and host resources on your own server or website for personal use only, provided visible credit is given. Redistribution is not allowed.

The use of any of Kinku's content (including but not limited) to graphics, templates, code, resources, and other materials with any artificial intelligence (AI) tool or service is strictly prohibited, except by Kinku as the original creator and copyright holder. This includes, but is not limited, to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and similar AI technologies. You are not allowed to upload, submit, process, or use Kinku's content with AI tools for training, analysis, content generation, or any other AI-related purpose. Creating new content, derivative works, or AI-generated outputs based on Kinku's content and sharing, publishing, distributing, or showcasing them is not permitted.

I am not responsible for any issues that arise from the use of my resources, code, or downloads. Use them at your own discretion. But if you have issues with the original resource (like bugs in codes or you just need help with something) feel free to contact me.

You are allowed to edit or modify any graphics, icons, icon bases, headers, designs, templates, scripts, textures, or other resources found on Kinku to suit your needs, as long as you credit me and any visible credits remain intact. You are allowed to use Kinku's resources in your own creative projects and share what you make, but don't use Kinku's resources to create new resources, such as brushes, patterns, textures, or similar resource packs. Do not reupload, redistribute, or republish Kinku resources on resource-sharing websites, archives, or similar platforms. Rehosting Kinku resources on resource-sharing websites, archives, or similar websites (e.g. DeviantArt) is not allowed. Commercial use of any resources, designs, templates, code, or other content is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
